"We are very happy with our new dog (Lummus) from Jess. She was very easy to work with and accommodated our schedule to complete the adoption. We could
tell she genuinely loves each dog and takes care in selecting the proper ‘parents’ for her ‘children’. She is very forthcoming in all information regarding the dog and gives you all the info necessary to make an educated decision. Our dog had been with her for about 4 months and it was obvious the dog was cared for very lovingly by Jess. Lummus bayed at the door for the first week because she missed her ‘momma’ so much. It took us awhile to convince her that we could love her as much as Jess did. It also let us know that Lummus was cared for exceptionally well.
We would recommend Jess very highly to anyone considering adoption. She is very good at it and has a genuine care and love for each dog and ensures they find a good, suitable home."

"One of my dogs had passed recently, and I needed to get a new friend for my beloved Kike. I found "Peaches" with all the information that an adopter prospect might need to know about a dog, such as where she was found, personality, health, etc. I contacted by e-mailed Phillips Fosters Rescue and I got an immediate response answering my questions in a courteous, professional, and friendly way. I filled out the application and we had meet and greet appointment to see if the two dogs would get along. It was an immediate success. We are very happy with Peaches. "It was an extreme pleasure working with Phillips Foster Rescue, and Jessie inparticular. She was very prompt in answering all of the questions that I had about our potential family pet, Dale. The main thing I liked was that she was honest and forthcoming with ALL information about him, even when there was a question as to if he had ringworm (which he did NOT), she let me know her concern for him visiting with my family in case he was contagious. It was apparent that he was well taken care of when we did meet him, in fact, he was very sad to see her go when we did adopt him. We are very thankful to Jessie, and Phillips Foster Rescue for giving us Dale, our forever dog :-) "
